Poop created by this item is not grid-aligned, and flashes red when hit, similar to damaging monsters.This is especially detrimental for Tainted Keeper or Tainted Magdalene which depend on pickups generated on enemy kills.Enemies that are turned into poop do not count towards on kill effects such as health regeneration from Charm of the Vampire or the damage increase from Lusty Blood.Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a walking pile of poop. Enemies that touch Isaac are transformed into Poop.
